This is your life. Do what you love and do it often. If you don’t like something change it.
If you don’t like your job, quit. If you don’t have enough time, stop watching TV.
If you are looking for the love of your life, stop; they will be waiting for you when you start doing things you love.
Stop over-analysing, life is simple. All emotions are beautiful when you eat, appreciate every last bit.
Open your mind, arms and heart to new things and people. We are united in our differences. Ask the next person you see what their passion is and share your inspiring dream with them.
Travel often. Some opportunities only come once, seize them.
Getting lost will help you find yourself.
Life is about the people you meet and the things you create with them. So go out and start creating.
Life is short. Live your dream, and wear your passion.
The above are just some random thoughts that came to mind when I was thinking about offering advice around one’s life.

If you’re not feeling inspired or for any reason, you’re struggling to get yourself into ‘the zone’. You know that space – where you can just breathe and be at one with yourself. Where you can feel like you have get up and go – some zoom and bounce in your step.
Find yourself a quiet space. Sit with a pen and paper – not your computer. Breathe slowly and deeply and allow your body to relax. Try to push your own thoughts to one side. So, try to not pay attention to your mind ticking over and don’t try to control the process in any way. Just allow yourself to be. To be in the moment and to feel the wonderful exciting vibrations of the energies that surround you.
Then, very quietly in your own mind, ask for advice for your life. Say to yourself : I welcome into my space, my beautiful guides and spirit helpers. I acknowledge that I need your inspiration for my life. I ask that you place thoughts in my mind in answer to my deep need – that which I require right at this very moment in my life.
Start to write whatever comes into your head. It doesn’t matter if it’s random and feels strange – it’s coming from your spirit guides, it will feel kind of foreign to you. Remember, don’t try to control your thoughts. Just write whatever is downloaded into your thoughts.
If it does happen that you don’t feel you’re getting anything, relax, lean into the moment and trust that thoughts will be placed in your mind. Trust the process. Trust your guides. Trust yourself.
Somehow we’ve been taught to believe that only trained mediums can connect to our spirit guides. We’ve been taught that unless we have a special gift bestowed on us, we can’t communicate with the spirit world. But that’s not true.
Each and every one of us are spirit beings. We all come from the spirit world and we will all return to the spirit world. It stands to reason then, that we can all communicate with the spirit world. It’s a place so very familiar to our souls.
Remember that this is your life. You can do anything you want. And you can do it as often as you wish. You and you alone are responsible for the development of your spiritual self – your soul. So live your life, that is what your purpose is.
