Reading people’s energy is something that we do intuitively without even realising that we’re doing it. When someone walks into a room, you can tell immediately whether or not they are in a good mood, whether or not something is bothering them, whether or not they want to actually connect with you and have any kind of conversation. The more we raise our vibrational energy the more sensitive we become to reading other people’s energy.
In much the same way, our auras change all day in accordance with our energy levels. For instance, if we see blue in someone’s aura, we may also immediately be able to read their energy level and see that it is particularly low and that they could be feeling a little tired or a little down.
When we go somewhere and immediately we can feel that the energies aren’t ‘right’ ie they’re not quite in sync with our energies. We sense that perhaps something is a little off. Or conversely, the energies may be so much in sync with our energies that we immediately feel at peace. We sense that the energy coming from the space is calm, peaceful and harmonious.
When we’re tired, we actually feel physically that our energies are low. We feel drained, exhausted and actually that we need to lay the physical body down to rest and regenerate energy. This is done through sleep and our connecting back into Spirit whilst asleep and so when we awake, we feel the physical energy renewed as well our moods uplifted. When we are ill, we also feel the same – know that this is not only the physical, by the spiritual body as well that affects us on the physical. So renewing our spiritual energy is always a great choice to make us feel better – seek out a healer to help you if you don’t feel equipped to do it yourself.
By the same token, when we’re happy and our energy levels are at their optimal level, we sense the difference in our spiritual energy and we become more aware of our spiritual connection to the universe.
When we communicate with each other, through our Chakra system, we send out little filaments of light that we use to draw each other into our space. We impose our will on others through our solar Plexis Chakra or Core Star and there’s a kind of push-pull situation that arises when we are in conversation. When we are in harmony, our energy fields merge and we feel of sense of comfort in each other’s space. When we are in disharmony, we pull back our energy and our energy fields push against each other rather than emerging into one and we feel a sense of discomfort in each other’s space.
When others drain us of our energy, we refer to these people as “energy vampires”, people who consciously use other people’s energy to impose their will. This can be avoided by placing an energy block between the two of you through visualising a wall of pink light either in front of you or surrounding you completely to block out their energy.
As our energies ebb and flow, so too does our auras, meaning that the colours in our auras are constantly moving and changing. To say that you are a yellow aura person (as an example), is completely inaccurate and if someone tells you that your aura is a particular colour, don’t assume that it is that colour all the time. It is just at that time that they can see the colour that you resonate the strongest. Our auras are always made up of a number of different colours that resonate out into the universe and it is the most visible of these colours that are easily detected by the naked eye. One can also sense what colour someone’s aura is, once again, picking up the most dominant of those colours at that particular time.
