In our last article we explained a little about where energy can be found and what we as energy healers can do with it. In this article we want to tell you a bit more about what our energy systems are comprised of.
Core: A healthy core is one that is in balance “as above so below”, it should rotate in a clockwise direction as seen from above, its diameter can be anywhere from 25mm – 1000mm. This will depend on what you are doing with the energy that you draw upon. If you only use it for yourself it will remain small, if you are a healer and use it regularly to help others it will expand to a greater diameter to accommodate the flow of energy.
Your connection point on that core to the out of body chakras or gateways will depend on what you are doing. These are situated above the crown chakra at intervals of approximately 150-200mm apart with corresponding chakras below your feet to maintain balance.
The higher chakras are Soul Centre and this has your life force connection directly to your over-soul in another dimension. I will explain in the next month’s article more about the makeup and origins of our souls. Its corresponding balancing chakra is Earth Centre.
Next is Higher Mental and is in fact linked to the sacral chakra to amplify the “gut instincts” into a full intuition of the body and spirit senses. It’s also the gateway into other dimensions where many of your other soul fragments reside. If you have lucid dreams then you are connecting with other parts of your soul, if you have Deja-vu situations this is because you are in the same place that another soul fragment either lives or has been recently – the corresponding balancing chakra is Earth Light.
Moving up we find the Buddhic Chakra – this is the gateway to higher universal knowledge and understanding. This is the point of connection to those spiritual guide energies, or if permitted – the Akashic Records and also to the Angelic energies – its corresponding balancing point is Inner Earth.
Our final point of connection while in a physical body is the Atmic Chakra. Here we are at our highest vibration and frequency, a place where universal energy and knowledge surrounds you completely. Here we find our inner peace, our sanctuary where we feel safe and comforted by the divine. Its corresponding balance chakra is Earth Intelligence or Gaia as some would call it.
There is one more higher connection point Monadic. Here is the place where we transition back into spirit energy, where we can perform feats that we call miracles in today’s society. Millenia ago we could reach this point while still in a physical body, but the human race abused the power that came with this connection and it was decreed that only when we left the physical body could we achieve this chakra again. Balancing chakra is Earth Core.
It is my belief that a few have been gifted the ability to reach this point while in a physical body. Jesus was a prime example of this and I am sure you could bring to mind a few others too.
Subtle Bodies or Auric field:
Each pair of these out of body chakras form a subtle body within our auric field. The first pairing of the Soul and Earth centres create the Causel body of light which is linked to the Heart chakra. This body has within it the Etheric light body right next to the skin and fully integrated with the physical body – access point is the base chakra. Around that is the Emotional body which is linked to the sacral chakra. And around that is the Lower mental body which is linked to the solar plexus chakra.
Higher Mental and Earth Light create the higher mental body of the divine mind. This subtle body is accessed via the throat chakra.
Buddhic and Inner Earth create the Buddhic body of divine love and is linked to the 3rd eye or Brow chakra.
Atmic and Earth Intelligence create the Atmic body of the divine will and is linked to the Crown chakra.
Monadic and Earth Core create the Monadic body of light hence we return to pure energy of light. This subtle body is at the farthest point from the heart chakra and if you visualise filling this subtle body’s space with divine white light, you will form a powerful shield of protection.
Energy healers are most likely to be strong Empaths due to the desire to help others in whatever way they can, so I feel it best to explain that there are many different types of Empath.
There are empaths that can sense people’s emotional states, and even just by listening and occasionally commenting can change or transmute the persons emotions.
Then we have those who can feel the pain of others in their own body – a sort of mirror sensation of the persons pain in their body, a great diagnostic tool if you are a healer.
How about the empath that can walk into a room full of tension and a bad atmosphere and within minutes transmute that into a positive environment?
The empath that wherever they go they mop up stagnant and negative energies to clear the places they have been. This is probably the hardest empathic job, as they often misjudge when they need to unload all of those energies and will often have a meltdown or blow their temper for no apparent reason.
