When I started Spirit Connection in 2015, little did I understand the true magnitude of the name that my guides had given me. The design of my logo was very personal to me. Up to that point, I had always been part of a spiritual group or institution that ‘belonged’ to someone else – I was always just a part of something that had been created with someone else’s vision. Don’t get me wrong, I loved those years. I learned so much. I became so much more than I was when I first started out. For me, the Phoenix rising up over the circle that encompasses everything that I am, represented and continues to represent, a rebirth of Glynis, a new beginning for me and finally just me, no-one else. My choice of colour too was personal, the hues of orange and yellow representing my ability to use the creativity of the Divine while the purple (which is my absolute favourite colour) represents my connection into the Divine.
My intention when starting Spirit Connection, was always and always will be, to connect people. To connect people to their loved ones in the Spirit Realm. To connect people to the wonderous power that is the Spirit World, our Spirit Guides and the Angels. To connect people to themselves and to each other.
As I navigate this truly beautiful world that I have created for myself, I understand more and more how important it is for us to realise our connection to everything that is. I have become connected to people all around the world from as far away as Canada, Cambodia, Saudi Arabia and London, and a bit closer to home like Nigeria, Ghana and Zimbabwe. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that I could sit at my desk and create such a wide-reaching and all-encompassing network to create the connection that my Spirit Guides, Oshvaria and Kevin envisaged for me.
It is truly all about collaboration. I cherish so much knowing that we are not in this lifetime alone. The connections that we form are there for us to take hold of with both hands. They are there to help us on this extraordinary journey that we have all embarked on. And knowing that when we reach out to the Spirit Realm with open heart and open mind, the guidance, inspiration and assistance we so need, will always be there for us. It is all about forming connections, reaching out to those who need you and being there when they reach out for you.
I walk through this life of mine comforted in the knowledge that every step that I take is a collaboration with my Spirit Guides. It’s me navigating this life that I chose and them cheering me on every step that I take.
