Over the last few days, I have dedicated the majority of my time to writing and preparing a new course to teach people to connect to their Spirit Guides. The idea to prepare a self-help course came to me from a very dear client and I’m so grateful to her for opening up this whole new way of thinking for me. You see, I am pretty much old school when it comes to my Spiritual Teachings. I have always been of the firm believe that the best way to do anything is face to face. I’m all about telephone calls rather than a whatsapp message. Being extremely extrovert, I absolutely love the power of human interaction and the wonderful satisfying sense of connectedness that it brings to me.
What has intrigued me even more is how involved my guides have been during this process. It’s early days still, I have a lot more writing to do. But once again I have been reminded by them that if you build it, they will come. So I find it interesting that whilst I’m the conduit for the preparation of this course, the idea didn’t come from me and the content is certainly coming from the guides! And as I’m journeying through this collaboration, I’m becoming increasingly excited and confident that embracing new technology definitely works in our favour. And of course embracing a new way of communicating with people can only work in our favour.
I do believe that social distancing has taught us many positive things, one of them being, that we can do things for ourselves – isn’t that the eye-opener! And so perhaps we don’t always need to rely on someone else to take us by the hand and guide us from start to finish in anything that we decide to do. We are all coming to realise that yes, we need guidance, but also that we have it within us to walk through our lives in a different way than we have become accustomed to. Particularly for those like me who are in the more advanced years of our lives. For those who form part of the connected generation, it’s a no-brainer! So peeps it’s time to catch up, she says, giggling to herself!
I am always of the opinion that everything that happens in our lives, does so, in order to teach us something. And so I’m always very aware of what it is that I have to learn from the experiences that I go through. And I encourage you all to adapt the same attitude. It’s so easy to see yourself as the victim and ask why me? But when you ask why me, ask in such a way as to see the positive answer to your question. Why is it that I am going through this and more importantly, what is it that I am learning whilst going through it. What is the positive that I can take from this very current experience and how can I turn it into something that I integrate into my life to change my behaviour, to change my outlook, to make me a better person to be around?
So my friends, I leave you today with only one message. When you wake in the morning, encourage yourself to feel truly alive, to see the wonderment and the beauty of your life. Know that you are here to experience the amazing connectedness to those in the physical as well as those in the spirit realm.
Love what you do and do what you love! Become excited about your life and for the future of this wonderful country and her people and know that your entire life is directed by your attitude and that’s a huge responsibility. But if you take it seriously and put in the effort, just think what an incredible life you could be living.
I leave you as always
In love in light
Yours in service
