Spiritual Adventures: You are the Balancing Force!

I want you to join me for a short meditative exercise, one that I was taught by my guides as I tapped into the energy of Rennes-le-Château in the Languedoc area of France as part of my Sacred Earth Activation work.

During the powerful activation linked to this place I was taught three transmutations to share and to make available within the activation. This is the second one… the transmutation of emptiness into fullness.

Ready?

Place both hands in front of you palm up.

Inside of the right hand place an aspect of your life where you are experiencing the emptiness of scarcity, where you believe that there is something you do not have enough of.

It might be money, health, love, success, or something else.

See it, picture it, visualise it sitting there on your right hand.

Take a deep breath.

In your left hand place an aspect of your life where you are experiencing the fullness of abundance, even if you do not often value it enough.

It might be an abundance of support, or beautiful connections with people, it might be an abundance of natural beauty in your immediate surroundings.

Once you know what aspect you would like to work with, and you have pictured it sitting on your left hand, take another deep breath.

Now look at both your hands.

In the left you have the fullness of abundance; in the right you have the emptiness of perceived scarcity.

See both aspects clearly. Fullness. Perceived emptiness.

Now realise that you are in the middle of both of these hands, connected to both of them, in control of both of them.

They are both attached to you, part of you, linked within your energetic field.

Now visualise the abundance of the left flowing through your arm, through your heart, feeling it warm and open your heart centre and then flow further into the right arm and into the emptiness that you believe is there, in your right hand.

You are the balancing force, the flow of life, the director of this conscious flow.

As you feel the stability and balance of that flow of life force flow through you and centring you powerfully, you suddenly understand that emptiness and fullness are bound by your perceptions of the present.

And that your perceptions of the present are based on your perceptions of the past.

You always can change your perceptions in this centred way, and as you change your perceptions you direct the flow of your consciousness into a more balanced state.

This is your power, your divine birth right – the absolute ability to act as the balancing force, for your life, your emotions, your energy, your circumstances.

Observe the flow further and see how the fullness flows into that emptiness, and fills it up, transforms it, alchemises it, until what you hold in both hands are two aspects that are both fullness, wholeness and filled with abundance. This is the truth of who you are. This is the truth of your life.

Breathe in and out and then bring both hands to your heart in gratitude.

Repeat this short, calm meditation daily for the next two weeks, and watch how this increased internal balancing will begin to show up in the scales of your external life.
