We are in the second last month of 2020. So much has happened through this year, it feels almost surreal. We have all changed in so many ways, particularly our daily habits and our interactions with others.
Being the positive person that I am, I always try to find the lighter and more positive aspect of every situation that I find myself in. I try to always see things from the other person’s perspective to understand their motives and I spend a lot of time considering my own motives. I think this is a good thing and it’s advice that has come to me from my guide and something that I always share. It feels to me like as human beings, we’re very quick to jump to conclusions. And when you think about it, taking the time to gather all the facts and then make up your mind, always gives you the opportunity to not have knee-jerk reactions but to rather interact with others where they benefit from the interaction, no matter the circumstance.
It’s all about changing our own behaviours and knowing that it’s us who will benefit in the long term. Those of you who read my articles and newsletters regularly, will know that I am a very firm believer in putting yourself first. Of course by this I mean, you have to have your own best interests at heart, you need to love yourself first and you need to honour yourself in everything that you do. I don’t mean become a selfish self-centred person who people don’t want to be around.
Where am I going with this? We were talking on Sunday in my mediumship class about how we deliver the messages that we receive and how to pass those messages across. We were talking about how the guides will only give you a kind of predicted outcome for your life based on your current behaviours. So it’s important to take the information that you get from the guides and question them as to what the person receiving the message is to do with that information. From a medium’s perspective, I always question my guide as to why they are giving me the message and what is my client to do with that message. And so for the most part, it is becoming more clear from my side that the guides come through more in readings than our loved ones do. That’s not to say our loved ones don’t come through, but they come through more to be a guiding light rather than just giving confirmation of how they passed, or what kind of person they were. It feels very much to me that our loved ones in spirit are being encouraged more and more by the angels, spirit helpers and the guides, to work with us on the earth to help us to move forward with our lives in a way that benefits our spiritual growth.
At the beginning of the year, the guides pulled back their energy slightly from private readings. It seems there was much more pressing work for them to be doing. However, it’s almost like things are back on track again, so to speak, and the love and power of the guides is being felt even more strongly than before.
So what is my message for today. Stay strong my friends. You have conquered a year you will never forget. Each one of us will come out of this year victorious in our own way. Give yourself credit for what you have endured. Those who have lost their income, those who have lost loved ones, those who have contracted the virus and lived to tell the tale. This is a time in history that we all chose to be part of. Remember at all times, that nothing ever happens by chance. And by that I mean, that there is a reason for all the big things that happen in your life. You just need to look a little deeper to find the meaning and the beautiful benefits that you receive, not matter how difficult it may feel at the time.
My guide has assured me that by March next year, we will feel a lot lighter and we will all be looking back on this year with pride in our achievements. A new day is dawning. Be sure to be there to greet it with a positive attitude and a great love for yourself.
