The ancient Chinese art of qigong aims to cultivate one’s qi (life-force) and harmonise body and mind through movement, attention, breath and meditation. Beyond the manifold benefits of the practice the ultimate goal of qigong lies in the opening of the mind to the experience of its inherent stillness.
In this retreat bodily movements will alternate with sessions of sitting meditation and with the contemplation of the mystical Dao, the primordial ground.
