Ages: 4 – 7 and 8 – 12 – Age appropriate Curriculums Available
We will be running three workshops during the holidays:
Dates: 8 – 10th August / 15 – 17 August / 22 – 24 August
Times: 09h00 – 12h30
Costs: R1650.00 per workshop or R550.00 per day/drop in.
We need at least 5 children to open any one three day workshop and we have a cut off of 20 children.
The first 20 children with payments and registers completed will then be enrolled on the workshop.

09h00- 09h30 Welcome and Registrations
09h30 – 10h00 Heart Openers with Dance/Breathing and orientation exercises
10h00 – 11h00 Yoga and deep relaxation
11h00 – 11h30 Nutritious and Delicious Snack
11h30- 12h00 Creative Mindfulness
12h00- 12h30 Parent Pick up
