This is an all inclusive weekend. Your accommodation, all meals and all Pilates classes are included in the retreat fee. Each person will also receive a 1 hour full body massage from the Cradle Health Spa. All amenities will be available to our retreat guests. There is a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna as well as a beautiful swimming pool. The bed arrangements are two per room each on their own single bed. Each room has its own TV, on suite shower, small fridge and coffee/tea station. All meals are served in their on site restaurant. All classes are done in their boardroom that we transform into a Pilates studio for the weekend.
