Through this meditation, you will connect to yourself in a way that you find a sense of peace and open yourself up to the healing that is to come.
Using the download link on this page (above), download the meditation and then before you start make sure that you are comfortable. Sit with your hands in your lap and your feet squarely on the floor beneath you. If you need a drink of water, take that sip beforehand. If you need to use the toilet, make sure you go before you start. You don’t want to have any disturbances or feel physically uncomfortable once you’re in meditation.
Listen to my voice and let it guide you. Try to still your mind completely before you press start. Of course we know that it’s impossible to not have thoughts flowing through you mind, but the trick is to allow them to arise, but not pay them any attention. Just let them come and go. The more you focus on listening to my voice, the more easily you will be able to let go of your thoughts.
Please don’t feel discouraged if at first you aren’t able to completely follow the meditation. You can keep coming back to it. That’s the beauty of guided meditations. You can do them as often as you please.
I would love to hear back from you what you experienced, so please leave a message in the comments below or pop me a quick whatsapp message +27 (0)82 570 6473
