The Great Invocation

I was introduced to this beautiful universal prayer by the amazing Clive Scott many years ago whilst attending the Spiritualist Church of South Africa in Troyeville. It is a prayer that no-one knows who the author was, nevertheless, carries with it so much energy and power.

I highly recommend that you print it out and keep it with you. Use it as a meditation or as a prayer before you do your meditation. Use it to heal yourself and the world. Whatever your intent, place that intent in your heart and recite The Great Invocation and you will feel the shift that it brings about within your space. As you recite it, leave a silent count of eight in between each stanza.

I hope that you will grow to love it as much as I do. This is what it says :

From the point of Light within the Mind of God
Let light stream forth into the minds of men
Let Light descend on Earth.

From the point of Love within the Heart of God
Let love stream forth into the hearts of men.
May Christ return to Earth.

From the centre where the Will of God is known
Let purpose guide the little wills of men
The purpose which the Masters know and serve.

From the centre which we call the race of men
Let the Plan of Love and Light work out
And may it seal the door where evil dwells.

Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth.
