Retreat Stillness

This practice period provides a taste of practice in a collective context, less formal and inward than a usual retreat, yet with a deep commitment to contemplation. Can we locate an authentic inner listening and find the flow with the daily structure and community?

There will be structure through the day to support practice and some time for individual meditation, walking, study, sitting outside in nature, and work. There will also be some group dialogue and Dharma offerings exploring different dimensions of the Buddha’s teachings as they relate to our experience.

All are welcome, either for the whole time, or to join for 5 day periods (minimum). There will be 2 points to enter the retreat:

On Jan 5th, staying until the 10th or 15th.

Or on the 10th, staying until the 15th.

The 5th and 10th Jan will be transitional days to welcome those joining, and to support those leaving.
