Sattva is pure peacefulness, harmony and wisdom. The Bhagadvadgita tells us that when light and discernment dawn in this body, as well as in the mind and senses, then one should know that Sattva is predominant. Sattva draws one to joy and is illumination and flawlessness.
To walk in the light is to be pure of heart, mind and spirit. It is the route to discerning the difference between what is real and what isn’t. Questioning our motives, our thoughts and our actions, keeps us on that path of discernment. Treating everyone with loving kindness will always ensure that we receive the same which is a result of being pure of heart, mind and spirit.
In all thought we place or extend something of our self into the object of our perception and the object of our perception projects something of itself into our awareness. To walk in the light is to recognise that higher consciousness is a place where our individuality is an illusion and where subtle fields of energy, unite all awareness of life into a revealing continuum of light. This quality of our higher consciousness as awareness from intelligence, transcends our relationship with the outer world. It allows us a deeper understanding and sense beyond every pattern and form, where a new quality of consciousness can provide us the ability to recognise any subtle sign or expression of a higher level of awareness in our daily lives. However, there are false perceptions that can camouflage any sign or expression from ever reaching our awareness. Most false perceptions come from the outer or external world, as a result of moving out of the light. Others come from our fanciful distortions or twisted perceptions of reality.

Soon each one of us will realise that we are beings of light energy and are entangled with all of existence. By realising the altering effects of our frequencies on everything in this dimension and beyond, we can align our energies, beliefs, intentions and actions with the greater consciousness and all that exists, and reach beyond our own limitations and understanding to realise our greatest potential. Through aligning with the greater consciousness and mastering this process, we will realise a multidimensional approach to our thoughts and actions as conscious creators and empower our focused intentions and energies to build a better world here on the earth. Consistently walking in the light, will empower us to achieve this.
Walking in the light, allows you to be. “To be” means to be in the present moment. For it is only in the depth of an experienced present that the past and future, and the transition from one to the other, have meaning. This is the time for all of us to reject what others have chosen for us. This can be the day we discover our own true purpose. A purpose based on the joy of creating the person who we really want to be now, in the present. This can be our defining moment as individuals, to choose everything that we want to experience in this world. There will only be proactive experiences, no more reactive experiences. We will engage and create, not wait and debate.
Begin each day with a visualization to bring the light into your personal energies. Hold that light around you in that moment and intentionally throughout the day. Know that the light will guide you in everything that you do. The light will heighten your vibration which in turn will control your thoughts and ensure your personal connection to the universal consciousness. Walk in the light every day, consciously bringing your thoughts back to that light. You are guaranteed that your life will improve in every possible way.
