Yesterday (10 September 2025), I published a Visualisation to meet your future self and your parallel self.
After completing the visualisation, take a few quiet minutes to write in your journal. Let your words flow naturally, without judgment or overthinking. Use these prompts as a guide:
- Describe the Encounter
- What did my future or parallel self look like?
- How did I feel in their presence?
- What energy, qualities, or emotions did they radiate?
- Wisdom Received
- What guidance or message did they share with me?
- Did I receive it as words, images, or feelings?
- How does this wisdom apply to my current life situation?
- Practical Integration
- What is one simple step I can take today to align with this wisdom?
- How can I embody even a small part of the qualities I witnessed in my higher self?
- Reflection
- What surprised me most about this experience?
- How do I feel now compared to before the visualization?
- What commitment am I making to honour this guidance moving forward?
Return to these notes regularly. Especially when you feel uncertain or stuck. Journaling not only captures the wisdom received but also acts as a bridge, bringing insights from multidimensional awareness into grounded, practical action.
