There’s a certain energy hanging in the air today – it’s the day before our National Vote takes place. Somehow the energy feels very different. The last few weeks leading up to this auspicious day has been filled with an anticipation that is so tangible it feels like you could stretch out your hand and grab hold of it.
Whilst I am not one who likes to place limitations on people in terms of referring to them as only being seen as fitting into a certain category. Having said that I do refer to myself as a clairvoyant medium, but asked to describe what sort of medium I am, I would say that I’m both clairvoyant and evidential. To explain a little further, a clairvoyant medium is someone, generally, who is able to see and pick up what is happening in someone’s life and very often able to predict, to a certain degree, what the future holds. That’s pretty much in a nutshell. An evidential medium is then someone who can bring through irrefutable evidence of communication with the spirit world. I definitely do both.
I always find this so difficult to explain, but when I’m connecting into the energies of the universal consciousness – the spirit realm – and I connect to a spirit being, 90% of the time, I am able to feel how that person passed. I can feel what kind of personality they had. I sense and feel a lot. Then being able to pick up on my client as well and know what is happening in their space, I am able to bring the two together to facilitate a really great reading.
Now getting back to the energies that are so prevalent right now, leading up to our national voting day, as an evidential medium, I can feel the tension and the angst that people are feeling. So much so, that I have an intense headache today and really feel quite out of balance. I don’t know if anyone has done a tarot reading for this upcoming event and to try to see how things are going to be in our country moving forward. I know that I haven’t focused too much on getting any definitive message from my spirit guide, simply because I don’t want to focus any energy on the outcome. That may sound quite pessimistic to some, but let me assure you it’s not.
I seriously just want to ride this energy out, go place my vote tomorrow and be done with it. By the time you read this article, of course our voting would have taken place and we will know what the outcome is. The last thing I want to do is appear negative in any way – I am not someone who ever sees the darkness in the world. My focus is always on the beautiful and the positive. So even whilst I feel quite ill today, perhaps it’s more than just the energies around us that’s affecting me – I don’t know.
So no matter what the outcome of our voting is, I feel it’s incumbent on me to highlight the fact that whatever we place our energies on, we give life to. This means that even if the outcome is not what we want, we need to focus our energy on what we want – for ourselves and for the country as a whole. We need to give life to only that which is positive and beautiful so that we can create a world that is comfortable to live in.
