The retreat will offer you time to unfold in movement with Rene & Jill and constellate with Nadia, with the intention of ‘peeling’ off a few layers in order to find clarity for the year ahead. Tools will be offered to support you in this process as well as an opportunity to create a vision board. There will be time for connecting with others as well as quiet time to either be in silence or connect with yourself and nature.
