Yoga4Kids has successfully been presenting children’s yoga training programs in South Africa since 2005. Our Teacher Training Modules have inspired and motivated many incredible people to bring yoga, mindfulness and wellbeing to children at home, in the classroom, in therapeutic environments and for non-profit outreach programs. Our training is focused on opening the portal to your inner child so that you are able to heal and remember how to play and work with children on the mat. It is an intensive program that re-ignites your imagination and awakens your creativity. The training is divided into two modules, with an optional YogaTherapy4Kids component as an add-on.
