A very interesting concept : whether you think you can or you can’t you’re probably right! I would actually take out the probably and say : You’re Right!
It’s so much around what we believe and of course whatever you believe is your reality. Therefore, your reality – you’re right. Our minds play such a very big role in our lives. It’s difficult to perceive. However, one needs to understand that we, essentially, are not our minds. And that may be a difficult concept to grasp – how could we possibly be separate from our minds? And if we are separate from our minds, then who are we?
I’m going to try to explain…. Many of you may have heard of your higher self. What is your higher self? It’s that part of you that is in absolute alignment with perfection, in absolute alignment with your soul – it is your soul. It’s that part of you who knows what’s best for you – has access to your akashic records and your life contracts. Knows what your life path is, what you can do to achieve your life path and what it is that you committed to doing in this chosen life, in order to live that life path.
Your mind sits within the lower realms of your energy centres. Interestingly we always feel like our minds reside up inside the brain, inside our heads, because it’s there where we hear our thoughts – where we have these awful negative and counter-intuitive conversations with ourselves. But essentially our minds are very deeply connected into our solar plexus, because it is in the solar plexus that the will resides. And so in bringing yourself into complete alignment, is to align your higher self which resides above your crown chakra with all your energy points as they move down into the root chakra. Tremendous focus needs to be placed on alignment of higher self through to the heart chakra energy point and the solar plexus energy point. This alignment will bring about greater understanding of who you are, why you’re here, what you’re supposed to be doing with your life. And this alignment affects your self-confidence, your believing in who you are.
When you believe completely without conviction in who you are, in what you’re capable of, it follows that you will believe or think that you can. And in strengthening that conviction, you will be right – you can.
What do I mean by you can?
You can do your life in a way that brings you a sense of belonging, a sense of peace, a sense of knowing who you are, a sense of connectedness into a greater more power energy, a complete and wholehearted connectedness into the Great I Am – the Universal Consciousness.
And it’s so interesting to know that you can shift your mindset, just through believing in your power, in our strength, in your abilities, in your relationships with others and yourself. Your mindset plays so powerfully into your behaviours and of course, your behaviours play so powerfully into your interactions with others. It’s a very simple concept indeed.
On the flipside, if your mindset doesn’t shift from low self-awareness, low self-esteem and not believing in yourself, the conversations that you’ll be having with yourself, is that you can’t. And that will become your reality and you just won’t.
Remember people, your perception is your reality. It’s also a difficult concept to fathom, but when you get it, you understand that what you believe is what you live. And of course, that is how we manifest – what we believe, we manifest. Knowing this, surely it stands to reason, that our perception should always be positive, should always be that our world is perfect, and that we are capable of doing and achieving absolutely everything that we set out to do.
Of course we know, that we’re not always so successful in some areas. But even in those instances, it’s important to continue to believe in yourself. To not see failure as failure, but to rather see failure as a mere set-back. An opportunity to try again and to do it better this time round. Everything that we go through in our life, is a learning opportunity. Whether it is because of a decision that we have made, or we find our lives being affected by decisions others have made. These are opportunities for you to learn, to see what lesson you can take away from the experience. And then to go forward, with greater knowledge and greater experience and to do it better next time round. So that eventually failure is just not an option.
I do believe that we should always want the best for ourselves. We should always believe that we are worthy of nothing but the best for ourselves. And that our life should be focused on achieving the best for ourselves. It’s not about walking all over others to get what you want. It is however, about being consciously aware of your life, living in the present, in order to control the future. Because you know, that you are in absolute control and when you lose control, is when you feel like the rest of the world is against you or out to get you.
So take control of your life today and show up for yourself. Love yourself in the same way that you would love someone else. Care for yourself in the same way you would care for someone else that you love.
Go well dear friends, until next time.
