Creating Wealth from the Inside out!
Your beliefs become your thoughts. Your thoughts become your words. Your words become your actions. Your actions become your habits. Your habits become your values. Your values become your destiny. Gandhi
Who is the “editor” in your head? The one thing that probably keeps you from moving forward. You may have been on a self-development program for some time and you may have tried to make changes. You may have tried to lose weight, stop smoking or any number of things and you may move forward just a little bit and then you start what you may call “sabotaging” yourself. This is your “editor” at work…
Do you wonder why this happens? When you really want to change your life, opportunities for doing so come along and you resist them. This may be due to what we can call the “Identity Factor” which is a mechanism inside all of us which kicks in when we start making significant change. The reason for this is because who you currently are is a habit.
This is who you are, who you perceive yourself to be, how you perceive your place in the world. And now when you start making changes, that identity, that place in the world, that “who you are” is threatened. And to make matters worse, as you start changing. It begins to change your position in your peer group, in your family of origin, or even at work or in your career.
Changing relationships and your position
One of the reasons that people are afraid to change financially is that because when they do, it really does affect most of the relationships around them. Just as in any circle you have relationships, there are people in a higher financial bracket or lower financial bracket – and there is a financial position that you have in that circle.
When you start changing that position it causes subtle adjustments in your relationships with other people where they haven’t necessarily signed up for change but you have. They are going to try and keep things the way they have been and resist the changes that you are making. And your family members may also not like the changes you are making – even if they have your best interests at heart. They may pull and push you back to where you were – where they are comfortable with your role – which may include teasing, making fun of what you are doing, being manipulative or demanding. The reason for this is that they are just protecting their space. It’s not that anyone has anything against what you are doing on a conscious level; everyone is just trying to maintain their identity and their place in the world.
They may not treat you the same way as before and you have to find new ways of maintaining your relationships in order for you to not feel alone or an outsider. Accept that sometimes this cannot be done, so you may be alone for a while as your energy vibration shifts and you start attracting a different circle of people who are vibrating at the same vibration as you.
What do you really need to survive?
Well, it depends on who, or what, you identify with. If you believe yourself to be a separate identity who needs to struggle in order to survive, then you will believe that we all must fearfully struggle to get money. But if you do not believe in anything, if you recognise who you really are and see the ideas and beliefs for what they are, then you know that you don’t need anything really. The “Who” that you are has no need.
It’s not about taking on a new attitude about how to deal with money. I’m not suggesting you exchange your negative beliefs about money for positive ones. Those too, would be false. In fact, it’s not about what you do or don’t do. We are simply questioning all beliefs that refer back to ‘me’ and give ‘me’ some sense of reality.
Knowing that our beliefs about money give us a financial identity and without that belief about money, you are able to see money for what it really is – with your eyes wide open.
Is Change Comfortable?
When you start changing, the first thing that happens is that you are going to get uncomfortable. What happens is that you are creating a whole new energy field and you become disoriented. This means that change – even though you want to change – is not always comfortable as you go through the transition. You don’t know how long it takes, you don’t know how difficult it may or may not be, you don’t know what’s on the other side so the future is unknown – and we resist this because it’s scary and there is a tendency to go back to where we were. The most uncomfortable place is often within our own comfort zone…
Transitioning from where you are now to where you want to be, you need to get used to a different flow of energy into your life. A lot of people find that when they start making more money, it gets uncomfortable. And rather than acknowledging that they are now making more money, they allow the money to amplify their known identity because they don’t realize that to have more money, you cannot remain the same person – you cannot maintain the same identity.
Look back on your path and ask yourself: how am I with change? How do I behave when change is imminent or happening? Look not in your head because the “editor” rationalises everything…look at the actions and results when change happened…therein is your answer.
Who is Michele Mollentz – and what is All Key Academy?
Throughout my journey, the body has fascinated me: be it on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level. I have been curious as to why it behaves the way it does on all those levels and whether, if at all, they are all connected. And I came up with a resounding “YES!”
Using all the Body knowledge I studied, and learned and pieced together, through a multitude of teachers and modalities, enables me to understand how the body works, how it is in continuous conversation with you – if you’ll just pause and listen.
All Key Academy emerged to create a safe, secure and protected environment in which to learn, empower and transform. This is where you can learn a variety of methods to communicate with your body, through modalities such as, Chakra Balancing Massage, Mindfulness Meditation, Multi-Dimensional Meditation, Business, Life and Self-development coaching (“In The Flow” and “Money Matters” coaching programs), Life Mapping, De-chording and Access Bars. I am also a qualified life and business coach.
Using tips and tricks from the above modalities, I facilitate business coaching as a consultant, opening up business owners to possibility and self-realization that if they themselves don’t change, their business cannot change. An eye opener of note!
My point of view is that your Self Relationship is the most important relationship for you to know in the support of you in your journey. Once you understand and are aware of your Identity – your auto-responses – you are able to SHIFT them if you want to. All my work as a Transformation Educator is to support you in your understanding of your own Self Relationship as you travel on your journey to emerge into all of you. This is my Soul Purpose. I look forward to sharing this knowledge with you in ways that you feel resonate with you.
How can I support you today?
