I have been thinking of the above and also how closely it is linked to Vision Boards and their actual intention…………
LOA (Laws of Attraction) which I am not an expert on, except to say if you bear a thought or thoughts in mind consciously and subconsciously, they will in time manifest themselves into reality i.e. You want a pet, but you live in an unsuitable environment to have one – imagine the pet being with you, and loving and caring for it – somehow it will happen one way or another.
And any other desires/hopes/dreams you may have in mind, that perhaps seem unattainable for some reason. If it is meant for you it will eventually occur. The trick is to maintain these wishes in the form of images – either on a Vision Board or simply just keep them in mind, and concentrate on visual images every now and again.
For instance, if you long to be with nature, imagine trees, flowers, mountains, rivers, lakes, streams, waterfalls, sand roads and rolling hills every day. Even when you are going to sleep, bring these images into your imagination and actually ‘see’ them. This in itself is a soothing process and makes falling asleep easier.
Another way of influencing/increasing/manifesting LOA, is to write down what your inclinations/preferences are, what you are passionate about, things you want to do, and whatever else comes to mind. Place it where you are able to view it every day – it will imprint in your mind and bury itself there, but it will not be lost.
Possibly write a story around it – make it ‘faction’ if you will. This is also fun to do and at the same time you will be reinforcing your thought patterns.
There is also a Tarot Vision Board Tarot card draw. This is quite fascinating as it is a wonderful guide to what you should/can do to attain your goals/desires/hopes.
The main headings for the spread are (in card order):
- What is the overriding theme?
- What are your wildest dreams?
- What images resonate with you?
- Can you let go emotionally and mentally?
- Where do I want to go?
- Where do I want to be?
- What can I do to make a difference?
- What adjustments can I make?
- What happens when I take action on my dreams?
If you own a Tarot deck and refer to the LWB (another abbreviation – sorry – Little White Book) you will get a fair idea of where the reading is heading, which path to take, clarification and eventual outcome.
This reading will also make you think and realise just where your thoughts are heading, and why.
If you are wanting to know your stronger points, and needing to confirm that your inclinations are what you can achieve, there is a spread called ‘Find your Voice’.
This is a 9-card spread (in card order)
- Who am I?
- Why am I here?
- What do I love?
- What do I dislike?
- What do I repress about myself
- How can I stop repressing it?
- How can I reconnect with myself?
- What must be expressed?
- What do I need to do?

A little more background on the LOA:
Hundreds of years ago the Law of Attraction was first thought to have been taught to man by the immortal Buddha. It is believed he wanted it to be known that ‘what you have become is what you have thought’. This is a belief that is deeply intrinsic in the Law of Attraction.
